First of all, he's not a priest, (despites the akward clothing he's wearing. It's supposed to be a uniform not...y'know... priest clothing, lol)

In the year 2342, people is forbidden to do a lot of things, the world itself is like a gray prison. Nobody can't think for themselves, nobody can't show love in public, homosexuality is a major crime and so is believing in any sort of divine power. Things are awful but everybody's blinded and there are only some persons that are actually able to see the dreadful world they live in the way it really is.

Randall D. comes from a secret christian family, his brother, Mathenee and his dad were arrested for preaching God's word on the streets. Randall decided he wanted to save his loved ones from prison and he chose to get into the police to save as many innocents as he could.
So that's what he does, he gets into the police and tries not to be discovered as he saves lifes until he gets to his dad and brother.
He also wants people to see God's message in him so they can start believing.
